About the Role: We are looking for a Creative Lead to join our Content Marketing team and lead the overall creative direction for the evolution of our brand and digital experiences. As the Creative Lead, you will own the people, process, and tech required to build the Demandbase brand across all of our assets, campaigns, channels, and funnel. Reporting directly to the Head of Content and Creative, this role will also partner closely with product marketing, brand and comms, and digital teams to ensure that Demandbase is brought to life - and is its best self - in a cohesive and authentic way at every touchpoint across the entire journey. You bring a blend of creative thinking and strategic vision with operational orchestration and rock solid project management skills to facilitate the efficient communications and production required to keep the content and creative engine humming.
