Job Description

Since 1996, RQC, LLC. has been a leading player in Southern California's robust commercial and governmental Design-Build economy. We now have a national presence with current projects approaching $300M, spanning coast to coast.

We are a full-service Design-Build company. We offer management of projects throughout the United States, with our field operations' team members who work on location for each of our projects. We specialize in fast-track projects in new commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a primary focus in the Department of Defense market.

We are seeking an Apprenticeship Program Coordinator to join our team at in support of our Southeast Apprenticeship Program. RQ has a newly established Apprenticeship Program which is designed to educate, and certify craft trainees across multiple disciplines. This includes Electrical trades, but may expand over time. This position will provide high-level support to the daily functions of RQ's Apprenticeship program by facilitating recruiting assistance, scheduling training classes, and communicating with trainees. This individual will work to ensure all apprentices have the appropriate materials, coordinate orientations, and update training documents as necessary. We are seeking someone who is organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Two (2) or more years in an administrative/educational support role, preference given to those with prior apprenticeship administration and/or construction/electrical experience
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
  • Business and/or administrative coursework preferred
  • High School Diploma
